BEGINNER’S COURSES

We run training courses on a regular basis throughout the year.  Each course lasts for six weeks and is run by fully qualified archery coaches.

Training nights are Wednesday evenings only.  In the Winter they start at 7.30 p.m. and finish at approximately 9.00 p.m.  During the Summer months courses start at 6.30 p.m. and finish at approximately 8.00 p.m.  Times may vary, but the Club will keep you fully informed of any changes that may occur.

The Club will provide each trainee with all the necessary equipment.

It is advisable to wear casual, comfortable clothing, but long sleeves are a must even in Summer, and sensible shoes.   It is also recommended that you bring warm clothing, Summer or Winter.  The hall which we use in Winter can occasionally be cold, and in Summer we sometimes get a cool breeze blowing across the field.

The entire cost of the course is £30.00 for adults and £20.00 for juniors (i.e. under 18 years of age).  All juniors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
