Our Club was invited to provide the “Have A Go” at archery section for the above show on the 4^th and 5^th July 2009. What a weekend it turned out to be. Not only was it an incredibly hot two days but an extremely busy one. The interest in archery was phenomenal, was it the “Robin Hood” effect, the show had only just finished its run on television, we’ll never know, but the queue never seemed to diminish and we were amazed at how long people were prepared to wait until they could “have a go”. Young and old alike seemed fascinated by archery.
